Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas! We had Christmas in our own home this year for the first time! It was a lot of fun. Santa brought Sam a basketball hoop or "basketball shoot" as he calls it. Grandma PoPo also got him a wagon. We got Sam a Dr. kit and Mr. Potato Head, which he enjoyed playing with Daddy. For breakfast, I tried out a new recipe - we had baked French toast with blackberry sauce and smoked sausage. Yummy!

After we got the boys ready, we headed over to Grandma and Grandpa's house and opened presents there. Sam got a tee-ball set from them - he loves it. Jared got a press-n-spin toy. And we got Cutco knives...yay! I'm so excited!

The guys also had fun setting up the new trampoline set that Santa gave the King family. We had a fun and yummy Christmas lunch/dinner with the Benson family and played some games.

After all the food, a lot of people got tired...including Sam and his uncle Spencer....

There's no better way to end such a Merry and blessed Christmas! Best wishes to you and your family!

The food looks delicious! Going hiking is such a fun tradition. We might have to start that tradition. That is amazing that Sam can ride a pony. Also, you look fantastic, Jan!

Cutco knives are awesome! We received some for Xmas a few years back too and LOVE them. Love the pic of Sam 'lounging' in the wagon with his sippy cup. Merry Christmas.
